GC Wellbeing’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy Statement
(Corruption Forbidden) No Company employee shall engage in corruption-related acts.
(Compliance with Laws) Company executives and employees shall strictly comply with all applicable domestic and foreign anti-bribery and corruption laws, internal regulations, and requirements of the Company’s anti-bribery and corruption management system.
(Anti-Bribery and Corruption Management System) The Company has established, runs and continuously improves an effective anti-bribery and corruption management system that meets global standards.
(Reporting System) Should a Company employee become aware of bribery or corruption that violates domestic or foreign laws and regulations related to bribery and corruption, he or she shall immediately report it to the Company, which shall then take action to protect those who report bribery or corruption so that employees feel comfortable voicing their concerns without fear of retaliation.
(Consequences of Non-compliance) If a Company employee violates this policy by engaging in bribery or corruption, he or she will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the relevant internal regulations. The Company shall disclose the outcomes to its executives and employees.
(Authority and Independence) The Company grants anti-bribery and corruption responsibilities and authority to the team and its members in charge of anti-bribery and corruption and guarantees their independence.
